Monthly GROUP Training

60-75 minutes: $65

Group Training!

Who doesn't like working out in a TEAM ENVIRONMENT?!

ALL Group Training Sessions are 2x's/Week.

Each session will be between 60-75 minutes.

Group Sessions Available:

  • HIIT
  • Exercise Recovery
  • Powerlifting
  • Youth Groups

ALL Individuals will receive:

  • Nutrition Guidance
  • Supplement Guidance (packages available)
  • Recovery Regiments
  • TEAM SUPPORT

***MOST GROUPS WILL NOT EXCEED 16 PEOPLE TO ENSURE FOCUS ON INDIVIDUALS IF NEEDED***

 

8 Week Camps

90-120 minutes: $90

If you are looking for a PROFESSIONAL, COMPETITIVE, and FUNCTIONAL training camps, look no further!

We offer a number of different camps year round for COMPLETE Fitness Development!

Most camps will be in 8 Week Intervals. Extensions can be made throughout the camp, and we will have special promotions YEAR-ROUND!

3 Days/Week 1-On-1 Training

45-60 minutes: $285

1-On-1 Sessions are personal sessions to reach individual goals. Groups will not be around, so all attention is given to your planning/coaching environment.

1-On-1 Sessions are recommended for if you are NEW to the Fitness World and want direct teachings of the gym/fitness areas.
